Check Matrixx, LLC will only contract with businesses that have permissible purpose according to the FRCA. All customers must apply and be approved before Check Matrixx, LLC will grant new business customer access to any data. 

Collecting information and Sharing
Check Matrixx, LLC collects a variety of information about a consumer through transactions. No information is collected or used without a valid permissible business purpose. We share data with companies that have permissible purpose according to the FCRA. We may also release data if there is a subpoena, a valid legal reason, to prevent harm, fraud or illegal conduct. We may share non-identifiable information to researchers, government agencies and educational institutions. We use encryption and physical protections to safeguard the data

We use your name, address, phone number(s), fax number(s), cell phone number(s), and email addresses for billing and verification. 

Identification

We use your Social Security Number, date of birth, and driver’s license number(s) to identify you when needed.

By subscribing to our mailing list will entail that you may receive emails from Check Matrixx, LLC. To opt out of any email campaign please click on the “Unsubscribe” button on the bottom of any email you receive. Please allow up to 48 hours to be removed from the list.
